Our Kebab is made from finely seasoned ground meat, shaped onto a skewer, and grilled until perfectly tender. It is served atop warm, soft flatbread and topped with a vibrant mixture of fresh ingredients.

Serving Components

Grilled Kebab: Savory ground meat, cooked over an open flame for a smoky char.

Fresh Toppings: A flavorful mix of sliced onions marinated in sumac and diced tomatoes.

Bread Base: Served on a bed of warm, traditional flatbread (or prepared as a wrap upon request).
