Our Halawet El Jibn is made with soft, sweet semolina and cheese dough, which is gently rolled and filled with a generous amount of our house-made, authentic Syrian Ashta (sweet cream). This delicate dessert is then cut into perfect bite-sized rolls.

Topping Options

Finish your Halawet El Jibn with your choice of topping:

Pistachio Sprinkle: Topped with finely crushed pistachios for color and crunch.

Plain (No Pistachio): Topped with only our sweet cream and syrup.
