A magnificent and refreshing Syrian garden salad, dressed in a zesty vinaigrette.

Our Fattoush is built on a vibrant blend of fresh seasonal greens and garden vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and radish are visible), tossed in a bright, traditional dressing made with sumac and olive oil.

Signature Toppings

Crispy Rolls: Topped with unique, crisp fried pastry rolls for texture and flavor (a creative twist on the traditional pita chips).

Pomegranate Seeds: Garnished generously with fresh, vibrant pomegranate seeds for a sweet and tart burst of flavour.

Fresh Mint: Finished with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic lift.
